About This gorgeous New York Style Gallery Loft space is our corner unit studio located in the heart of District Central. Also known at the epicenter of the fashion industry in Montreal, it features brands such as Ssense and is the fourth largest concentration of employment in the city. Located right behind "Marché Central" this is the perfect setting for both you and your brand's next styled shoot (video + photography), brand launch, market, and intimate event. The space features 13' ceilings across ~1600 sq ft, with massive west & north windows facing the Ahunstic train station with a panoramic view at 90 degres on the whole room. Illuminating a large open concept space with a minimalist gallery aesthetic and custom installations. Designer furniture and props from local brands such as Monokini products, Ligne Roset, Mario Bellini, Artemide and more. As an infinite wall suitable for your ecom shoots, a small kitchenette, and private bathroom are also included with your booking. Optional add-on furniture, from our other brand Nicefurnituress, equipment (Projectors, Lighting and Backdrops), are also available for every session. Fees may apply. Usable space amounts to approximately ~1300 Square feet of flexible open studio space, and about ~300 Square feet for a single private bathroom/changeroom, and kitchen areas.
